Guido Porro Gianetto, Barolo DOCG, Italy 2020 Fund of Barbera Ripe and juicy with concentratedWith fruit from Serralunga d'Alba, the Guido Porro 2018 Barolo Gianetto is plump and ripe with dark fruit, blackberry and spicy notes of crushed clove or powdered cinnamon. Bay leaf, dried herb and lavender also appear. This is a so called Mediterranean expression of Nebbiolo with extra fruit weight and mild tannins.
